Hello everyone! 👋😊
How are you all? 💫
Today is the 17th day of my blog journey 📝✨
As we all know, there is a lot happening in the world right now 🌍⚠️. Due to global issues, our country is also facing indirect impacts, especially because we don’t have our own fuel resources 🚢⛽.
Because of this, a fuel shortage has once again become a reality in our country 😔. Fuel queues are not something new to us, but honestly… no one wants to experience them again in Sri Lanka 💔.Even though I didn’t like it, I had to wait in a fuel queue to get fuel ⛽😅.On March 16, 2026, around 4:30 PM, I joined the end of a very long queue 🕓🚶♂️. The line stretched all the way near a clock tower in the distance 🕰️😮.
Since I had to spend a long time there, I started talking with the people around me 🗣️😊. Surprisingly, those small conversations made the waiting time feel much shorter 💬✨.
By around 7:15 PM, I finally reached the front of the queue ⏳🙌. After getting my fuel quota, I said goodbye to the people behind me 👋🙂 and headed back home 🏡💫.Even in difficult situations, small moments like friendly conversations can bring a little happiness 💖✨
Feel free to share your fuel queue experiences in the comments below! 💬👇
See you in the next blog ✍️💫
Have a wonderful day everyone! 🌸😊

I saw you in the fuel queue 😌
