Hello everyone! ππ
How are you all? π«
Today is the 20st day of my blog journey π✨
I first sat for my A/L examination in 2021 π✨. After finishing the exams, my friends suggested something special “Let’s go on a pilgrimage to Sri Pada” ππ.It was actually a long-time dream of mine ππ, so I happily agreed without a second thought π✨For this journey, 7 of us joined together π―♂️π«.We started our trip by taking a train from Polgahawela Railway Station π to Hatton Railway Station π️. After several hours of travel ⏳, we finally reached Hatton.
From there, we took a bus π and traveled to Nallathanniya, the starting point of our climb πΏ✨.After such a long journey, we were quite tired π , so we refreshed ourselves with a wash πΏ and had lunch ππΉ. After a short rest π, we began our climb to Sri Pada (Adam’s Peak) ππ
We started the climb around 7:00 PM π✨. Along the way, we stopped at a few places to rest and regain our energy πͺπΏ
Finally, around 12:00 midnight, we reached the summit π️✨
With deep devotion and a peaceful heart ππ, we worshipped the sacred footprint of Lord Buddha π️✨. It was truly a spiritual and unforgettable moment π₯Ήπ«We rested for about an hour at the top π️π, enjoying the calm and sacred atmosphere π✨.
After that, we began our descent ⬇️π, and by around 5:30 AM, we reached back to Nallathanniya π ✨. We had our breakfast π☕ and then took a bus back to Hatton π.From Hatton, we returned by train π to Polgahawela Railway Station, completing our beautiful journey π«✨With hearts full of joy and unforgettable memories ππ₯Ή, I said goodbye to my friends and returned home π‘✨
If you also have beautiful memories like this, feel free to share them in the comments π¬π
See you in the next blog ✍️π«
Have a wonderful day everyone πΈπ✨
