Today is the 14th day of my blog ✍️π.
In our lives, we all face many challenges, obstacles, sadness, and stress ππ. Sometimes these feelings can be very difficult for us to handle. One of the best ways to relax our mind and reduce stress is through Mandala art. π¨✨
Mandala drawings can be seen in many different ways. Compared to normal drawings, mandala art is more complex and detailed. A mandala design is divided into many small sections and patterns π΅π·.Before coloring, a mandala drawing usually looks like a detailed black-and-white design. π️πΌ️
When colouring a mandala, we need to carefully and patiently colour each small section with creativity. π¨π‘ This process can take a long time, but in the end we get a beautiful and colourful mandala artwork. π✨
As I mentioned before, colouring mandalas helps calm our busy and stressful minds. π§♀️π It helps us focus on one activity for a long time ⏳ and also improves creativity..π
When we develop a calm and creative mind, the stressful and chaotic feelings in our lives slowly move away from us. πΏFor me, a peaceful mind is one of the most valuable things in life. π«
